For exact size category it is best to give us a call but as a guide: A small vehicle will be a 2 door car or a compact 4 door car with a small cargo area, or a sedan with a traditional style trunk. (i.e. Toyota Corolla, Honda Fit, Ford Focus) A medium vehicle will be a 4 door sedan or wagon with a large cargo area, or a 5 passenger SUV with a medium size cargo area (i.e. Nissan Maxima, Subaru Outback, Toyota Rav4, Audi Q5) A large size vehicle will be a 4 door light duty truck, or a 7 passenger SUV with a medium size cargo area, or Mini-Van (Toyota 4Runner, Ford F150, BMW X5, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey) An Extra Large vehicle will be a Full size SUV, or a heavy duty truck, (i.e. Chevrolet Suburban, Toyota Sequoia, Ford F-350, Chevrolet and Dodge 3500)

For the Combo 1 detail and the Exterior detail, we will need the vehicle for about 4 hours. Pet hair will add additional time. Any time we are shampooing the interior of the vehicle, we would like to have the vehicle for most of the day so that we can have the carpets and upholstery dry before we give it back to you. Depending on the weather conditions or the severity of the detail required, you may be asked to leave you vehicle over night to dry, as it is very important to have the vehicle dry before returning to regular use.

All of our interior packages come with a complimentary wash, partly because when we spray out the door jambs it can blow all the grease and grime all over the vehicle, it is also not recommended to leave tap water to dry on a vehicle, and we can not dry it until it has been washed. Mostly we do it because it is easier for us to keep a clean and dry shop when all the vehicles have been washed and dried.

Yes we can get you a shuttle but please allow yourself some extra time as the shuttle can get busy. If you have mobility issues or parents with kids at home we can also pick up your vehicle from your house (may potentially have to leave our vehicle at your house while we detail your vehicle)

We can detail any thing that will fit inside the shop. We have a 14 foot door.
